Coach Deb, president of WREM, formed this program around the philosophy that understanding financial literacy is the first process of building wealth. Being financially literate involves being aware that creditworthiness is a major part. That coupled with debt reduction techniques leads to a significant reduction in debt. Improving your credit score and reducing debt will assist with the building of a positive net --- the beginning of growing your money tree. The time is now to grow your money tree because it's never too late to start creating generational wealth. Generational wealth is important to the future of the child. Once your credit is on the right track, considering another stream of income or two will fuel the task of building wealth.

Coach Deb works with the client through the delivery of coaching designed specifically to embolden the financial capacity of the individual. After completing two mandatory seminars, she enters into a one-on-one partnership with the client to create a plan of action for moving them from a life of financial struggle to a life of financial freedom. Every financial situation is unique. Everyone's goals for financial freedom are unique. But the goal to live a life of prosperity in
retirement and to pass that prosperity to the next generation is the same for everyone. That goal becomes the mission of the relationship, and it is accomplished free of charge to the client.

Growing a Money Tree
Through the www.growingmymoneytree.com curriculum, Coach Deb offers a series of four complimentary seminars on Growing a Money Tree: Understanding the Credit Report; the Anatomy of the Credit Score; and Budgeting and the 10-20-70 Rule. These three seminars culminate into the fourth: Growing a Money Tree with Multiple Streams of Income. The facts learned in these seminars constitute a basic knowledge of credit awareness that enables one's ability to repay a loan successfully. Financial institutions evaluate this ability through the analysis of the credit score and other financial documentation. The lessons that Coach Deb teaches in her seminars are indelible and can be referenced at any time during the wealth-building process for guidance.
